Enforced rest today

Yesterday I developed a problem in my left foot which started as a mild pain and got worse as the day went on. I've had the same thing before and its come back.

This morning I am hobbling and hardly able to walk around the house. I am hoping it will go away as quickly as it came as I enjoy my walks with "the boys" and they will miss them too.

Its a grey day today and I feel rather useless having to sit around.
